About SalesCred

Amplify your sales call on Zoom with SalesCred. SalesCred's report offer critical insights about your client's and prospect's business, inducstry, competitors and more. Additionally, SalesCred analyzes your digital presence, providing tips to increase your own sales credibility. Finally, SalesCred also helps you adjust your communication style to best meet the needs of the person you are meeting with. Get these tools in more with the SalesCred App in the Zoom App Marketplace.

Adding and Removing the App

To Add

  1. Open your Zoom app and click on the Apps icon
  2. Search SalesCred and click Add
  3. Sign in to Zoom
  4. Confirm permissions then click Allow
  5. When adding SalesCred for another user, that user will receive an email notification to access the app.

To Remove

  1. Open your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace
  2. Click Manage > Added Apps or search for the SalesCred App
  3. Click Remove
  4. Select your reason for removing the app, then click Remove.
  5. You can still access your salescred account in the SalesCred Mobile App or at app.salescred.com.

Using the App

Launching SalesCred

Desktop App: From the dashboard or inside a meeting, click the Apps icon. Select SalesCred on your My Apps page to launch. Once SalesCred opens, click the Gear Icon to sign in to your SalesCred account.
Broswer: Login to Zoom and navigate to the App Marketplace (under Advanced). Locate and Select SalesCred on the Added Apps page to launch. Once SalesCred opens, click the Gear Icon to sign in to your SalesCred account.

Add a Prospect/Client

Select Real-Time Research from the SalesCred PRO navigation menu. Click NEW REPORT and enter your client's/prospect's website URL, and (optional, though recommended) connect your contact's linkedIn Profile.

*It is highly recommended you prepare Real-Time Research reports ahead of your Zoom Calls.

Add a Competitor

Select Competitive Intel from the SalesCred PRO navigation menu. Click NEW REPORT and enter the competitor's website. Click Add to List to add the competitor.

Then, find and select the competitor in the list. Confirm the url you entered is correct and click BUILD REPORT to generate the Competitive Intel Report.

Review Communication Coach

Adjust your messaging to match the communcation style of your contact with SalesCred's Communication Coach.
Select Communication Coach from the SalesCred PRO navigation menu. Adjust the FOCUS and ENERGY sliders according to your contact's personality. Click Get Insights to review tips for communicating effectively with this contact.

*Additionally, if you added contact's to a Real-Time Research report, you can click on the contact's name and save FOCUS and ENERGY settings to that contact.

FAQs

How long does it take to prepare a report in SalesCred?

SalesCred reports can take up to 90 seconds to run when first generating. This is due to number of data sources utilized and AI calls made to gather the best results.

Can I navigate away from a page in SalesCred while a report is running or refreshing?

Yes, while the Digital Cred Check, Real-Time Research or Competitive Intel Report is running, you may navigate to another area of the SalesCred App. The app will return you to the report once it finishes generating.

How often can I refresh a report?

  1. Digital Cred Check - Digital Cred Checks can be refreshed daily, or if you change the company URL listed in your Profile
  2. Real Time Research & Competitive Intel will automatically refresh if it has been longer than 3 days since the last refresh occurred.

Troubleshooting and Support

Report Stall Out

SalesCred reports may require up to 90 seconds to fully generate results. If a report appears to be stuck while running, you can navigate away and return to the page.

Untrusted Website Links

SalesCred harvests links and articles from many sites across the internet. Zoom provides extra security warnings on most external links. SalesCred does its due diligence in checking links for security risks. In most cases, it will be safe to follow links past Zoom security checks. Simply click the URL displayed below the warning to do so. However, we strongly recommend you use your own due diligence before clicking through on links.
